Chipita Ranch was designed and built by Jason, and its purpose is to provide information to people who are interested in buying some excellent mountain land just outside of Colorado Springs. The site features a great map highlighting the area for sale, and was built using the Google Maps API. It's also built on a CMS, so that it can be easily updated.
